The problem

77 pros,
77 calendars.

A suite building is dozens of independent businesses behind one door. Nobody at the front knows who's free.

Walk-ins
walk out.

A customer who can't find an open chair in a minute leaves. That's a lost ticket for a pro and a reason to lease elsewhere.

Nobody's
switching apps.

Your pros picked GlossGenius, Square, or Vagaro on purpose. Anything that asks them to move is dead on arrival.

How it works

Read, never write.

We read each pro's calendar to find open time, show all of it in one place, and step out of the way. The booking happens where it always has.

01

01

Pros connect once

Each pro pastes one calendar link from their booking app. Two minutes, no new login, no new app. We read busy and free times only.

02

02

Customers see who's open

At the door, on the lobby screen, or from your Google listing: pick a service, see every pro with an opening, soonest first.

03

03

They book on the pro's page

One tap lands on that pro's own GlossGenius, Square, or Vagaro page. The pro gets a normal booking. You get the credit.

For the building

Everything a front desk would do, without one.

  • A lobby screen that shows who's taking clients now and who's next, updating itself.
  • QR codes for the door, the suites, and the screen, each one tracked so you know which spot sends clients.
  • One link for your Google listing and your ads that lands on real openings.
  • A dashboard and a shareable results page: taps, walk-ins, which pros are getting clients and where they came from.

For your pros

Clients show up. Nothing else changes.

  • Their openings show automatically, from their own calendar.
  • New clients land in the app they already use, like any other booking.
  • A monthly note: how many clients the building sent them.
  • Free to them, and they can disconnect any time.

Questions

Do my pros have to switch booking apps?+

No. Each pro pastes one calendar link from the app they already use. GlossGenius has one in its settings; Square, Vagaro and Booksy sync to Google Calendar, which has one too. Bookings still happen on their own page.

What do you read from a pro's calendar?+

Busy and free times only. Client names, services, notes and addresses are discarded the moment we read the feed and are never stored. Pros can disconnect any time and everything is deleted.

What if a pro's times are a little behind?+

The exact time is always confirmed on the pro's own booking page, so nobody gets double-booked. Worst case a customer sees that slot is gone and picks the next one.

Does it work for walk-ins?+

That's the point. Someone at your door scans the code, picks a service, and sees who can take them in the next hour, with the suite number.

What shows the lobby screen?+

Any TV with a browser, a $50 streaming stick, or an iPad on a stand. It's a web page that updates itself.

Who owns what?+

You own your data: your pros, settings, and reports, exportable any time. We own the software. Month to month, cancel whenever.
